Terms of Service

These terms cover the DraftADay private beta: the marketing site at www.draftaday.com and the app, the Studio, at studio.draftaday.com. By using either, you agree to them. They are short on purpose. Questions: hi@draftaday.com.
The beta
DraftADay is a private, invite-only beta. Access comes with two things we issue you: the private gate login and your personal Studio access token. Keep both to yourself, and don't lend your workspace to anyone else. The beta is provided as-is: features may change, break, pause, or be removed while we build, sometimes without notice.
Your content is yours
You own what you put in and what you make: drafts, posts, media, captures, notes. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI services named in our privacy policy to write your drafts. We claim no other rights to it.
You publish, you are responsible
Everything the Studio produces is a draft until you act. Review before you publish. You are responsible for what goes out under your name, including its accuracy and your right to use anything you upload. AI drafts are a starting point, not a fact-checker.
What we do on your LinkedIn, and what we never do
- Publishing goes through LinkedIn's official API, using the connection you set up in Settings.
- We act only on your action: a post reaches LinkedIn when you press publish, or when a scheduled time you chose arrives. What goes out is exactly what is saved on your draft, including its first comment if you kept one.
- We never like, comment, message, follow, or connect on your behalf, and we never sign in to LinkedIn as you. The browser extension reads only pages you already have open, and only when you tell it to.
- You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time. Publishing simply stops until you reconnect.
Acceptable use
- No spam. Don't use DraftADay to mass-produce misleading, deceptive, or repetitive content.
- Respect LinkedIn's terms and the rules of any platform you publish to. Capture only what you can lawfully see in your own logged-in session.
- No unlawful, infringing, or harassing content.
- Don't probe, overload, or work around the service or its limits, and don't script the free public tools.
Beta limits
Your beta includes 5 AI post generations. When they are used up, ask and we will top you up. Some AI and media features also share daily usage budgets and pause until the next day once spent. Limits may change as the beta evolves, and we will be upfront when they do.
As-is, within reason
We work to keep the Studio stable and your data safe, but this is beta software. We cannot promise uptime, error-free operation, or any particular results on LinkedIn. Reach and engagement are LinkedIn's call, not ours. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. The beta is free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses; our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us to use it.
Ending things
Leave whenever you like: email us and we will delete your workspace. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or wind the beta down. Where we reasonably can, we will give you notice and time to take your content with you.
DraftADay is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation, and your use of LinkedIn stays governed by LinkedIn's own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the beta evolves. We will update the date at the top and tell testers directly about meaningful changes. Using DraftADay after a change means you accept it.
